Shikha is a fellow Chartered Accountant, having 17 years of experience in the field of Finance and Accounts. She had worked with Deloitte, where she handled clients like Vodafone, Tata Steel, Tata Motors etc. She is a passionate entrepreneur and started practicing in 2011, and later founded the firm, VSAA. 

Shikha has played key role in strategic growth of the firm. She is a good mentor and has been instrumental in Team building and developing future leaders of the firm. Under her vision and ideology, the firm has entered new era of networking, which enhanced firm’s strength and capabilities. She keeps on sharpening the saw and brings innovative ideas. She has completed Diploma in Information System Audit by ICAI and done various Certification courses by ICAI like Concurrent Audit of Banks, Indirect Taxes, Artificial Intelligence.

She is leading the Accounting, Audit and Taxation practice of the firm. She is an elected managing committee member of Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI for 2025-29, holding now WICASA Chairperson Ahmedabad Branch of WIRC of ICAI for 2025-26, Member of Business Women Committee of  Gujarat Chamber of Commerce and Industries and Member of FICCI Flo. She has also taken various seminars / webinars on Audit and Taxation matters.

Shikha is active socially as well and part of several social welfare organisations. She is the active member of All India Marwari Yuva Manch, Akhil Bhartiya Mahila Agarwal Sammelan, Lions Club of Karnavati and Rotary Club Sarvam, Ahmedabad.
