Vikash Agarwal

Vikash is a fellow Chartered Accountant, Law Graduate (LLB), fellow Company Secretary, and a Cost Accountant, with 20 years of experience in Finance, Accounts and Taxation. He started his career with PwC and worked with EY, Deloitte, BakerTilly India, Metalsa Group, Tata Motors, Claris Group and Polycab Group at various leading positions.

Vikash was associated as TAX PARTNER with BakerTilly India (a JV between DB Desai Group & Shailesh Haribhakti Group). Vikash was associated with Mexico based MNC Metalsa Group as Finance Controller for India operations and handled global AP functions too. He was TAX LEAD at Polycab India Limited, a listed Company having 9000+ Crs. of turnover, where he handled 2500+ annual GST credits (ITC) and more than INR 300 Crores of Tax assignments including DGGI & Supreme Court matters. He significantly contributed to increase the profitability of the EPC business by implementing Inventory controls & review mechanism.

Vikash has extensive experience in Accounts and Tax process automation, Internal Controls, Inventory and Fixed Asset management, Costing and Budgeting implementation. Vikash is leading the Advisory practice and working on developing the Offshore business of the firm.

Vikash is a member of Indirect Tax Committee of the ICAI, Ahmedabad; He was a visiting faculty at XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has contributed various articles to professional associations and leading Tax Journals like Taxsutra.

He is a member of Mensa International, largest and oldest high-IQ society in the World. He is active in many social organizations including Lions Club, Rotary Club Sarvam, Agarwal Sammelan, Founder Trustee of Shree Agrawal Vikas Mahsabha.
